In happier news, Hollywood's most popular lesbian couple (it's official; they're killing the competition in our bnews online poll) are getting hitched. Ellen DeGeneres and Portia Di Rossi have confirmed that a date has been set for their wedding, but have not publicly announced when it will be held.
Degeneres told People magazine, "I can't wait to be married. I feel like it is long overdue. And I think someday people will look back on this like women not having the right to vote and segregation and anything else that [now] seems ridiculous." |
