How much do you love the brew? Put your passion to the test at Beer Spec-TAP-ular, a festival of beer tasting to be held at the gay friendly Local Taphouse, 184 Carlisle Street St Kilda. The event will be staged this Sunday, June 22 with festivities kicking off at midday. The $25 entry includes 20 x 60ml samples.

Temple days

The frivolity continues at Templebar Precinct, Smith Street, Collingwood. This Friday the rather fabulous Fanny-May Cracker rolls out the jokes, while Slash Darling continues to front up the now-famous Spag 'n' Drag ($12 pasta dish) on Wednesdays. Look out for a singles Thursday night for 40-plus folk, launching in July.
