St Kilda Film Festival may have not accepted Kathryn Goldie’s film Duck Soup but New York’s NewFest (GLBT film festival) have welcomed the film with open arms. “This is the international premiere of Duck Soup and I’m delighted it’s in New York,” said Goldie, declining to comment directly on the curious selection process of St Kilda Film Festival.
