Research on the 2007 election by research and marketing company Australian Development Strategies indicates that Pentecostal and evangelical Christians, especially in Queensland, won Labor a string of key marginal seats.
But indications are it’s because those Christian voters are swinging left, endorsing Kevin Rudd’s social justice issues and engaging more with the community. |
