Care homes for the elderly should discourage Christian staff who do not believe in gay rights, UK state inspectors said.
They declared that people working in care homes or helping elderly and disabled people in their own homes are required to support lesbians and gays. The inspectorate said that people applying for jobs in care homes should be assessed to ensure they have the right attitude to gay equality. |
