Producers of US ABC's breakfast show Good Morning America sparked outrage when they announced they were looking for children under 10 who might be gay or "gender variant" who were prepared to be profiled on camera for a segment on the show. “Parents also need to be absolutely sure their child is gay or ‘gender variant’,” said the producers, “comfortable with who they are and fully accepted in the family.”
