A man was arrested for disorderly conduct and public intoxication after harassing Cher in a bar last week. The man repeatedly attempted to make contact with the pop star, eventually managing to grab her around the waist. He was escorted out of the bar and then asked to be arrested, according to police. He must've known the gays would be after him. |

India hosted its first national pride march last week, with brave Indians marching in three different cities. In the city of Kolkata, 400 people marched with banners and flags, flanked by almost as many police. Still afraid of anti-gay sentiment in the country, many marchers wore masks to conceal their identity. Currently, "unlawful sex" in India is punishable by a fine and a 10-year prison term. |
